Booking Deposits
To secure your booking, a 30% deposit needs to be paid upon booking both online and over the phone. The paid deposit will be taken off your total amount on the day of your appointment.

Late Arrivals
In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. However, we understand that life happens, so if you are running late please call us on 56134051 with an expected time of arrival and our lovely salon staff will work out the best course of action.

Late Cancellations
We understand that emergencies happen, and things occur out of your control. If you do need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Late cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment time will cause you to have your deposit revoked. To secure a new booking after a late cancellation, another deposit will need to be placed to confirm your appointment. Cancelling prior to the 48 hour policy will mean your deposit will roll over to your re-scheduled appointment or be refunded.

No Show
In the case of missing your appointment, your deposit will be revoked. To secure a new booking after a no show, another 30% deposit will need to be placed to confirm your appointment at the time of booking.
